The
Eastern Ontario Square and Round Dance Association (EOSARDA) is excited
to be hosting the 2014 Canadian Square & Round Dance convention
to
be known as Festival
2014.
Ottawa was also host to the conventions held in 1980 and 1998, and we
would like to welcome you back to our beautiful city in 2014.
If you haven't registered
yet, you might want to do it now!
The Festival Board is happy to offer a free
registration to one person. It's easy to qualify to be that lucky
person. Simply submit
your registration with payment
so that the Registrar receives it between September 1, 2011 and
December 31, 2011, and your name will be entered into a draw to win
your registration fee back! Draw will be held at the next Festival
Board meeting on January 8, 2012. The winner will be notified that
night. Don't delay - register now!
Hotels now
available for booking:
If
you are registered for Festival 2014, there is now blocked space at 4
area hotels ready to accept your reservations. If you are registered
for Festival and have not received the hotel information, please let
our Hotel Committee know and we will make sure you get that information:

Please note that the
Westin, which is our Headquarters/Official Hotel and is attached to the
Convention Centre, has a special offer:
The first 25 reservations will get $10 off the posted room rate (rates
start at $199/night). The Westin has asked the Hotel Committee to
monitor the reservations and let them know to which rooms the discount
will apply, as they do not know if the reservations coming in will
truly be from registered participants. I know some people have already
booked their rooms, so hurry up to book yours and take advantage of
this special offer!!!
